4. Google docs
Google docs is another ICT tool that provides us the facility of working on the same document at the same time. Students and teachers can use Google docs to organize homework, assignments and classwork. google docs allows several people to collaborate on a document at the same time. Students can collaborate on documents while developing and/ or editing them online. Using google docs, multiple people can work at the same time, we can see people's changes as they make them, and every changed is saved automatically.
Google docs has lots of benefits for the users as follows:
1. Create and edit documents
Just like Microsoft Word desktop application, we using Google docs we can create, edit documents easily. Also we can use google docs to draft article, an e-book, or a book.
2. Work with team members simultaneously
We can collaborate with a real-time editor. For example, suppose we are writing an article for publication and need assistance with editing and proofreading. So we can invite your editor to join Google Docs and change the phrases or content.
Not only that, but if we are constructing a form or a word and are having trouble executing particular paragraphs, styling, or technical aspects, we may enlist the support of our team members.
3. Share with anyone
We don't need to send an email with the document attached and we don't need to print. We can send our file to anyone using his or her email address.
